About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations with a strong focus on prior authorizations and communication. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Prior Authorization Specialist, Intake Specialist, or Pharmacy Technician who are interested in working in an innovative, technology-driven healthcare environment. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for a new Pharmacy Technician who is interested in growing with the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound calls from clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, offering courteous and knowledgeable assistance for inquiries and medication-related concerns
  • Transfer complex calls to higher-level technicians or pharmacists for prompt resolution, ensuring a smooth transition and providing relevant information
  • Perform accurate data entry to update prescription records and patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver exceptional clients service through chat and phone, handling complaints and educating clients about medications and usage
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety protocols 

Who You Are 

  • Registered Technician Trainee License, in good standing, with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy or in a similar client service role is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug classifications, and common medications
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer systems used in pharmacy operations
  • Willing to work onsite at our Farmers Branch, TX location 
  • Excited to be part of a modern, technology-enabled pharmacy environment
