Patient Care Coordinator
ReUnite Rx partners with drug manufacturers and fertility specialty pharmacies to improve access to fertility care for patients across the United States. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and professional Patient Care Coordinators who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in building hands-on experience in business operations, process improvement, and patient support. You will work closely with patients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, primarily via phone, email, and mail, while gaining exposure to the systems and workflows that support our business.
We are especially seeking bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) to help support our Spanish-speaking patients and ensure clear, compassionate communication.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and mail to identify needs, answer questions, and address concerns related to fertility care products and services.
- Provide clear, accurate information while ensuring each patient feels supported, respected, and valued.
- Practice active listening to confirm information, ask clarifying questions, and appropriately escalate or de-escalate situations.
- Accurately document interactions using internal software systems, scripts, and tools.
- Follow established workflows while learning how processes, systems, and data support patient care and business operations.
- Build knowledge of company offerings, procedures, and operational best practices through hands-on experience, shadowing team members, team discussions, and real-time feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to share observations or insights that support service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
- Active listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful, clarifying questions.
- Good time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability, accountability, and interest in professional development.
- Comfort working with data or tracking information (experience with spreadsheets, CRMs, or databases is a plus, but not required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred.
Training & Development
This position is intended as a strong foundational role for individuals interested in developing skills applicable to business analysis and operations. ReUnite Rx provides learning through daily work, shadowing, and mentorship to support skill development in areas such as documentation accuracy, systems navigation, process understanding, and reporting fundamentals.
As experience and skills grow, team members may have opportunities to develop into roles focused on business operations, analytics, or process improvement.
