About the Role

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of pharmacy, technology, and patient care, helping ensure patients receive the medications they need as quickly and efficiently as possible. Starting pay: $21/hr with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance. 

What You’ll Do

• Support pharmacy operations with a primary focus on prior authorization processing 
• Assist with patient intake and prescription coordination 
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on authorization requests
• Contribute to a technology-driven workflow designed to improve patient access to therapy
• Communicate with providers, insurance plans, and internal teams to facilitate medication approvals 

Who You Are 

• Experienced as a Pharmacy Technician
• Registered Technician License, in good standing, with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Willing to work onsite at our Farmers Branch, TX location 
• Comfortable navigating insurance requirements and pharmacy workflows 
• Excited to be part of a modern, technology-enabled pharmacy environment
