As a result, we are seeking a high-performing Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes pride in building efficient, organized operations. As Cloud Rx continues to grow, we’re seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the operational backbone of a dynamic team.

About the Role 

In this role, you will provide professional administrative support to business owners and the leadership team while helping manage the day-to-day operations of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations organized and efficient.

Starting pay: $20/hr

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications across teams
• Assist and manage office supplies, vendor deliveries, and facility-related needs
• Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and operational documentation
• Help implement simple office processes to improve efficiency
• Act as a key partner to leadership by providing support for team projects, meetings, and company initiatives

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or executive support
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general office systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Willing to work onsite at our Farmers Branch, TX location
